SPRING IN NWA 2024

Happy Spring!!! Wanted to compile a few new NWA finds + Springtime favs I find myself going back to this time of year. I hope you enjoy one or a few ideas off my list as we head into the Summer months!

The latest healthy and cute vibe just opened in Fayetteville - The Daily Beet is a NOLA originated vegan restaurant. I got the avocado toast, Tom got the Lox Bagel, and we both enjoyed Tye Pink Lady smoothie.

Roger's latest ice cream joint - Handel’s - is so yum. Multiples of flavor all homemade every day, can’t wait to be a regular this summer.

What is Spring without some strawberry picking? Appel Farms is a family run farm on the edge of Cave Springs and Springdale. Super affordable and delicious berries, they also are open through the year for various in season pickings.

Mamaka is always a good idea when it starts to get warmer out. Their recent addition, the Poppi bowl, is too good, plus their coffee was amazing for an early morning treat before heading to work.

Highly encourage a walk to Airship on Applegate Trail — a fun 20 minute walk on the trail to a sweet treat, street tacos, or just a refreshing airship drink to start you on your walk back. Easy way to get outside!

Brunch & Blooms at the Fayetteville Square! Riffraff + local businesses at the square came together to host a Sunday morning event a few weekends in April. Our fav of the event was the beautiful Meus Floral bouquet we got, as well as the honey at City Supply. Our tops matched the occasion of course, from Flax Maker.

Topgolf with a view! Actually our first time at TopGolf - we went to try to listen to Hozier’s performance at the Amp across the road. Such a fun group activity that’s outside + entertaining + good food and drinks. Get the donut holes to secure your hole in one :).

Gotta love a Farmer’s Market! Fayetteville & Bentonville’s Farmer’s Market is back and runs through the summer. Get some local jams, honey, and salsa - Gina’s salsa is our fav. And of course, a fresh bouquet.

Tulip season has now come and gone yet again, but when they’re here they are here! 🌷 My favorite tulip farms are Wildwood Lane Tulip Farm in Springdale (pay by the stem, only $2 entrance), Rivercrest Orchard in Fayetteville, & True Colors in Bentonville.

Vintage Market Days comes twice a year, this Spring I was able to attend as an “influencer guest”! We got to see the vendors first thing Friday morning and saw the best stuff. Vintage Market Days runs this Fall October 11-13, and Sundays are only $5 for entrance. Come shop local boutiques, artists and vendors and grab a bite to eat from the food trucks!

Cafe Con Chisme — Downtown Springdale’s latest cafe! Hispanic coffee, concha’s, and treats, this place is delicious and vibrant. I love the Churro latte and the Strawberry Mocha, and when it gets cooler again, I will definitely be trying the abuelitas hot chocolate.

Thanks for reading! Catch you all in our NWA Summer!
